Acquisition Announcement: All Seasons

NEW MILFORD, Conn. – January 9, 2025 – Cetane Associates (“Cetane”) is pleased to announce that Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, located in Dallas, Texas, has acquired All Seasons Pest Control, located in Euless, Texas. The transaction closed on December 20, 2024.

Founded by Bryan Johnson, All Seasons Pest Control has been a trusted provider of pest management solutions for both residential and commercial clients since 1994. A family-owned business, it is known for its professionalism, with a team of certified and highly trained technicians. The company has expanded over the years and built long-lasting relationships, earning a reputation for quality service in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control was founded in 2011 by Jason Revill and Joseph Barclay, who brought years of expertise in pest control. With the industry’s limited pest solutions, they set out to develop a more effective and innovative approach to pest management, focusing on better, more efficient methods for their clients.
